House rules

  • Like for like unless you say otherwise: a weekday for a weekday, a weekend for a weekend.
  • Weekends move as whole Fri–Sun blocks. The board never splits one.
  • A swap is agreed only when everyone involved has confirmed it.
  • Nothing changes in the master rota until the rota master marks it entered.

An independent tool run by colleagues to arrange swaps. It is not an official Trust system: the master rota is the record.
