People

The code is the short tag on the rota grid and can't be changed later. Each person can sign in with any of their emails (up to 3); separate them with commas. Colleagues can also add their own personal email once they've signed in.

Rota

Paste one night per line: a date, then the person's code or name. For example 30/11/2026 SM or 2026-11-30, Suraj Menon. Weekends need a line for each of Fri, Sat and Sun.

Agreed swap emails

When everyone involved confirms a swap, these people get an email listing exactly what to change in the master rota.
